Owner's Manuals for The Bomber Overdrive and Fuzzocalypse

By Jonathan•Nov 1, 2026News

Both pedals now have a downloadable owner's manual on their product pages, with every control, power details and first settings.

Owner's Manuals for The Bomber Overdrive and Fuzzocalypse

Hey friends,

Owner's manuals are here. The Bomber Overdrive and Fuzzocalypse each have one now, and you can download it from the pedal's product page.

They're four short pages each. Every control is explained, the power details are spelled out, and there are first settings to start from, so you can plug in and get going.

The Bomber Overdrive

The manual covers DISTORTION, TONE and LEVEL, plus the input, output and power jack. Power is 9 V DC only, center negative, 350 mA, and the pedal is true bypass. Inside, a pair of NOS Soviet D9E germanium diodes handle the clipping.

For placement, it goes after fuzz and wah and before modulation, delay and reverb. The input is high impedance, so it does not load your pickups and works anywhere in the chain. To start, set DISTORTION and TONE to noon and LEVEL to about 9 to 10 o'clock, then bring LEVEL up to match your bypassed volume.

Fuzzocalypse

Same layout: every control, power and first settings. Fuzzocalypse's manual also explains the CHAOS switch and the roentgen gauge. The needle follows your FUZZ setting, so it shows where the knob is, not what you're playing.

One tip I'll repeat here: lower LEVEL before you switch CHAOS on. The jump in volume is big. For placement, put Fuzzocalypse first in your chain, straight after your guitar and before any wah or buffered pedals. To start, set FUZZ and TONE to noon, LEVEL to about 9 o'clock and CHAOS off.

Power

Every M2 Labs pedal comes with a power supply in the box.

If you use your own, make it a regulated 9 V DC supply, center negative, at 350 mA or more. Never use 12 V or 18 V.
