What transistors are in Fuzzocalypse?
NOS hand-matched silicon transistors. Each pair is matched by hand before it goes into the circuit, along with op-amp gain and tone stages.
Is Fuzzocalypse a silicon or germanium fuzz?
Silicon. The germanium pedal at M2 Labs is The Bomber Overdrive, which uses NOS Soviet D9E germanium diodes.
What does Chaos Mode do?
Left is off, right is on. Off is the lower gain mode, darker and tighter. On gives you much more gain, a brighter upper-mid voice and a big jump in volume, so turn Level down before you turn on Chaos Mode. The roentgen gauge reads higher across the whole Fuzz range with Chaos Mode on.
What does the roentgen gauge show?
The backlit gauge follows the Fuzz knob, so it shows where your fuzz is set. It doesn't react to your playing.

What power does it need?
9V DC, center negative, 350 mA. A regulated 9V 1.7A power supply is included, there's no battery option, and it's true bypass.
