Jay at Tone Central Station in Nashville put both pedals through their paces on Jay's Lounge, then stacked them. All four videos are here.

Jay's Lounge Takes On the Bomber and Fuzzocalypse

Hey friends,

Back in September, our friends at Tone Central Station in Nashville sat down with both pedals for their Jay's Lounge series on YouTube. I'm a little late sharing them here, but they're too good to leave buried.

The Bomber

Jay plays it dry first, then kicks the Bomber on. His words, not mine: "dynamic, warm, amp-like compression," and "it does sound just like a tube amplifier." He also called it a bridge between edge of breakup and harmonically rich distortion, which is almost word for word how I describe it on the product page. I'll take it.

The Fuzzocalypse

Jay calls it a vintage fuzz that "goes right up to like sonic destruction." When he kicks it on, in his words, "this is where it gets nuts." Then he flips on Chaos Mode. I'm not going to argue.

Both of them, stacked

"Because I can't help myself," Jay stacks the two. Turn your speakers up for this one.

And in the last video he wraps it up with a shoutout and a name for the stacked sound: "full Godzilla mode."

Huge thanks to Jay and the whole Tone Central Station crew. M2 Labs is a one-person shop, and a store taking the time to film my pedals means more than you know. If you're near Nashville, stop in and play them yourself (the address is on our retailers page). Otherwise, you'll find The Bomber Overdrive and the Fuzzocalypse in our shop, both handbuilt here in Atlanta with a transferable lifetime warranty.
